BDO Unicon - Leader on the National Audit Market in 2008

In 2008 BDO Unicon reaffirmed its status of Russia’s leading accountancy and consulting firm supported by the annual rankings published by the Expert RA ratings agency.

According to the authoritative Russian Audit rankings published in the Russian weekly Expert No.11 (650) of 23 March 2009, BDO is Second Best among major audit and consulting groups (ACG) and Number One among the ACG without participation of foreign capital. The Company’s total revenue in 2008 grew by 41.8% exceeding RUR 4.1 bn.

The ratings demonstrate BDO Unicon’s sustained leading position in the major segments of the audit market. During last year BDO Unicon substantially expanded the statutory audit niche and increased fee income from audit services by 48.6% to RUR 1.7 bn. Besides, the Company is rated first in terms of revenue from IFRS services.
